Requests require reception confirmation
Submitting the website form makes a booking request. The service, date and time must be confirmed with reception before arrangements are made. Submission alone does not establish a confirmed booking, and the calendar does not guarantee live availability.

Services and prices
Website prices are in New Taiwan dollars (NT$). Reception will confirm the service, duration and price with you. Confirmed arrangements are handled according to the lawful agreement and applicable rules.
Additional services or time extensions will be explained, including the price, and arranged only after your confirmation.
Changes, cancellations and late arrivals
Please contact reception as early as possible if you need to reschedule, cancel or expect to arrive late. Available times and service arrangements need to be reconfirmed.
For amounts already paid, refunds or other handling follow applicable law and lawful conditions disclosed and agreed before the transaction. If we cannot provide a confirmed service, we will discuss an alternative or handle any refund as required by law.
Comfort, safety and service boundaries
Before starting, tell staff about any condition, allergy or particular need that may affect the arrangement. During the service, you may ask to adjust the pressure or areas, pause or end the session.
Please respect everyone's privacy and the calm of the space. Staff may pause service if harassment, threats or safety concerns arise, with reception assisting. Related charges and rights are handled under applicable law.
